w/ Manutea 50° White Agricole Rum

Ingredients

4 cl of Manutea rum
2 cl of Saint Germain liqueur
2 cl of raspberry purée
1 cl of lemon juice
4 cl of sparkling water

Instructions

Directly in your glass:

• Add the raspberry purée, lemon juice, and Saint Germain liqueur
• Muddle with your pestle
• Add crushed ice, then pour in your measure of Manutea 50° rum and top with sparkling water
• Use a stirring spoon to mix vigorously
• Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lemon
