First, chill your glass by filling it with ice.
In the shaker:
• Pour 1 cl of lemon juice, 2 cl of coconut liqueur, and 2 cl of blue Curaçao into your shaker
• Add your measure of Manutea 40° rum
• Shake vigorously
• Pour into your glass and garnish your cocktail
• Add your dash of rhubarb bitters
