Directly in your glass:
• Add 2 pieces of lime, 1 spoon of brown sugar, and 2 cl of tiare syrup
• Muddle vigorously with your pestle
• Clap the mint firmly between your hands and add it to the glass
• Add crushed ice, then pour in a measure of Manutea 40° rum
• Top with sparkling water, garnish, and serve!
